Andrea is an accomplished real estate and business attorney whose practice is dedicated exclusively to transactional law. She represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.

Before founding her own firm, Andrea honed her skills at a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, representing Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on complex commercial matters and international tax structuring.

A proud Korean-American born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andrea brings a uniquely global perspective to her practice. She speaks English and Korean fluently and is conversational in Spanish. She lives in Nassau County, Long Island with her husband and three children, and is an active and engaged member of her community.

Andrea graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law in 2007, where she served as Articles Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).
