Andrea Y. Lee concentrates in real estate and business law.  Her practice includes representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions.  Ms. Lee also represents business organizations in various industries.

 

Prior to opening her own practice, Andrea Y. Lee worked in a large international AmLaw 100 law firm for several years and represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.  Her practice focused on complex commercial matters and international tax structuring and planning.

Andrea has been recognized as one of the top real estate attorneys in the area as evidenced by her selection to Super Lawyers New York Metro edition for the two consecutive years of 2021 and 2022.  In addition, Andrea was featured as one of The Top Women Attorneys in New York Metro 2023 by Super Lawyers.

Andrea lives in Nassau County, Long Island with her husband and three beautiful children and is an active member of the community.  She is a Korean-American who was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Andrea can speak English and Korean fluently and is conversational in Spanish.  Andrea graduated from Hofstra Law School in 2007, magna cum laude, served as Articles Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and was an active member of both the Moot Court Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA).  She is currently an active member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).  She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
