Andrea Y. Lee is an accomplished real estate and business attorney whose practice is dedicated exclusively to transactional law. She represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, and represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters. Andrea also represents business organizations across a wide range of industries, bringing the same precision and depth to every matter regardless of size or complexity.
Before founding her own firm, Andrea honed her skills at a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, where she represented Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on complex commercial matters and international tax structuring. That foundation of sophisticated, large-firm experience informs everything she does for her clients today.
Andrea's excellence has been recognized consistently by her peers and the legal community. She has been selected to the Super Lawyers New York Metro list for five consecutive years (2021–2025) — an honor reserved for no more than five percent of attorneys in the region. She has also been named one of the Top Women Attorneys in New York by Super Lawyers, featured in a special section of The New York Times, for three consecutive years (2023–2025). These are not one-time acknowledgments — they reflect a sustained standard of excellence that her clients experience firsthand.
A proud Korean-American born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andrea brings a uniquely global perspective to her practice. She speaks English and Korean fluently and is conversational in Spanish. She lives in Nassau County, Long Island with her husband and three children, and is an active and engaged member of her community.
Andrea graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law in 2007, where she served as Articles Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and was an active member of both the Moot Court Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and is an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).
